Public Key Solutions 1996 (PKS'96) is the second in a new family
of
annual international conferences for the promotion of public key infor-
mation security solutions for electronic commerce, trade, telecommuni-
cations, administrations and health care systems. The conference is
application-oriented, examines existing solutions and identifies
emerging technologies and trends in
- Electronic commerce security
- Internet security
- Electronic payment systems
- Trust center infrastructures
- Public key implementation
- Crypto laws and policy issues
- Public key algorithms

Program

The program consists of a two-day conference (30 September/1 October
1996)
and a special SEMPER workshop (2 October 1996). A number of speakers
with
high reputation in the field and with experience in practical solutions
have been invited.

SEMPER Workshop
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The SEMPER workshop is part of PKS'96 and it will be dedicated to
pre-
sentations and pilot demonstrations of the partners involved in the
European Project SEMPER (Secure Electronic Marketplace for Europe).
